Faiza: With regards to the reference letters, there is not specific format or template that is required for the reference letters. The information the scholarship selection committee will look for when reading the letters is that the letter is printed on official letterhead from an academic institution or company/organisation, and they would like to know information about the applicant regarding their work ethic, what kind of student the applicant is/was (if academic reference), and an outline of what kind of work the applicant has participated in.
